Poor service
I am very disappointed with Hisense’s after-sales service. The technician claims that everything is “okay”, but that is his opinion, not mine. He did not even switch the stove on to properly test it. I cannot accept a conclusion that is based only on his word when no proper checks were done.

but in the meantime I battle with a stove that when I use tthe oven the knobs for the stove get so hot that you cant touch it with your bare hands. When I asked customer service if they could only send an other technician, I was told this should be reviewed first.
