Poor repair process

I have a faulty machine which has been reported since early January this year.I thought I was buying a good product but wow little did I know I was getting a faulty washing machine and that Hisense is actually a joke of a company when it comes to their repairs process. All I have gotten out of this has been empty commitments basically lies, time wasted waiting for technicians to arrive which never happened, time is money I have to make money in order to pay my bills so Hisense have basically ****** me from two days work. It's pathetic to say the least. And all you get when you call in is that they understand my frustration but yet no one bothers to make sure the technicians come.You have failed me Hisense. Your company has no accountability what so ever.
