POOR Quality Products Hisense 55” 3D TV NO SUPPORT FROM Hisense

<p>I have sent 2 emails and I still dont get any feedback .........</p> <p> </p> <p>I have bought a Hisense 55” 3D TV on the 08/08/2014 from Game Stores Ballito. In April 2015 the TV was sent in for repairs that was just under 10 months old.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now July 2016 I have noticed the black back ground is starting to show shades of white which looks terrible, and this is only 1 year 1 month and it’s faulty again. What is the chances of this TV to stop working completely after the guarantee. Which mean I will need to bear the cost of the repairs. That is NOT ON for I did not pay for a TV that every year has to go in for repairs. A QUALITY TV was supposed to last at least 10 to 15 years.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nobody buys TV’s after every 3 years, the TV should last at least 10 to 15 years by the rate the way this TV is operating I don’t for see this TV lasting another year. The only reason I bought this TV was because Hisense was rated NO 1 on SA best TV brand which mean QUALITY for the money spent.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not sure what is going to happen now but for sure this is inferior quality. I am really disappointed with the quality of Hisense product. I honestly think Hisense should replace my current TV with another series which has the same specs and is equivalent to what I have.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hisense model LED N55K 366X3D</p> <p> </p> <p>Serial No : ********** 421673</p> <p> </p> <p>I do have my proof of purchase Game matched the price for Dion Wired had it for R8000 on special and Game Store was selling it for R11 999.00</p> <p> </p> <p>I would really like for Hisense to replace me with another TV, with the same specs FOR this series is discontinued, and I DONOT WANT IT TO BE REPAIRED FOR THE SECOND TIME.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really scared for it to be repaired again for it could stop working again, and by then it will be out of guarantee,so PLEASE give me feedback ASAP for I want a TV that lasts for 10 to 15 years and not just for a year.</p>
