Poor quality of appliance

I bought a front loader washing machine from a Game store in Kempton Park of the Hisense brand, I bought it this year in May and now it has a leakage in the front we cannot even figure out as to where the leak is coming from and we have contacted the Game store we were instructed to write and email and attach the proof of payment we did that we still have not gotten any feedback from the store as they said they will send some who will assist it has been over two weeks now.
