Poor Quality HiSense Products - Hisense 109cm (43") UHD 4K Smart TV - 43A6K

I bought a Hisense 109cm (43") UHD 4K Smart TV - 43A6K in December from Hirschs. The tv was delivered, i placed it on the bed on a soft duvet, i attached the stand and switched the tv on. The LED was broken. The glass not cracked or scratched. This was a light product so no force needed to be placed on the glass to lift it up. The product didnt have a bezzle/border to protect the glass.

I went to Hirschs Service Centre and they said that they get these tvs in every week. So R5000 out the window without ever getting to use it. What a poor quality product. Please do yourself a favour and buy Samsung or get a tv with a frame around it.
