Poor quality

I bought a washing machine from hi-fi Corp in 29 September 2021 October 2021 it stopped working and has continued to give me problems until present every time a technician comes out I tell them I want a new because it's the same fault all the time......im really tired of having to go through this inconvenience all the time.
