Poor product/service

Bought a Hisense Snowflake drum 6kg front loader washing machine. The washing cycles are NOT USER FRIENDLY. Tried to phone : was in hold forever, tried Google : no luck, sent email: 6 days later NO REPLY, sent Facebook message : arrogant person told me to wash 15min cycle twice, NO OTHER suggestions, NOTHING it seems that your service is as poor as your products
