Poor Product, Poor Service

I bought a Hisense H14DBLS dishwasher and it failed within 4 months. Called their service department. Service man was rude and arrogant. Trying to find all sort of BS reasons why I should pay for the repair. Calling the service department is no use. Still not repaired. Dont buy Hisense, unless you like struggling, pain and despair...
