Poor product and poor service

We purchased an hisence fridge and frontloader washing machine last year September. We had problems with both items. We logged a complaint and got no feedback till only two month ago. The lady at customer care was very rude. The technician came through after 7 month but to only checked on the fridge. He had said that he didnt have a job card for the washing machine and therefore could not check it. After he had come we havnt heard anything from hisence as yet. The washing machine doesnt wash clean even after washing for over an hour and doesnt spin dry properly. The freezer keeps getting iced up. Its a nightmare. Biggest mistake buying both hisense products. Our warrenty will end in September so i think to avoid replacing our items, they want our warrenty to end.
