Poor poor poor service

I Bought a fridge on Takealot. Hisense fridge/freezer. I got it in January 2025, reported it in Feb that there was a issue, they sent a electrician out, and confirmed there is a issue, its been a month now and still no replacement.

Dont ever buy anything from Hisense as there service is pathetic.
