Poor Hisense Washing Machine and even worse service response

Purchased a 18kg washing machine in january 2021. Having used the machine successfully for 7 months the plastic pulsator device in the tub broke off.

This was reported and Hisense with very poor and unprofessional response refused to repair or resolve the problem, citing negligence as the cause of the break.

How else can one use a washing machine besides as a washing machine? We now have a R 8000 water container, with lots of dirty clothes.

Very dissatisfied with weakness of product and even more dissatisfied with service repsonse.
