Poor Hisense service

Bought a TV in Nov 2017, and struggling with the sound. The sound jusy disappears 3-4 x week. In January I complained a few times and nothing happened of it. The last time I filled in a form and received a ref nr ********** 84 and still nothing happened. In 6 months the warranty will expire and then?
