Poor Customer service of Hisense

I bought a TV 2 years ago with Hisense, the sale went perfectly fine until after service needs to be provided. Worse mistake ever, I booked the Television in 2 weeks ago at Game Zevenwacht. An Hisense representative said a Technician will attend with in the same week. Up to this day NO communication no customer satisfaction. I roughly 8k for the 55inch Smart television. Such poor customer service.
