Poor customer service and unreliable TV product
After purchasing a 55'' OLED TV in December 2022, I faced significant issues that demanded immediate attention. Despite assurances, the technician failed to order the necessary parts for repair, and subsequent follow-ups proved futile. This lack of response and accountability is deeply disappointing, particularly in light of multiple component failures. Consequently, I've resolved to return to the reliable Samsung brand and will not be considering Hisense for future purchases. Their customer care center's unresponsiveness to emails and the call center's failure to follow up have solidified my decision. I will not purchase another Hisense TV; I regret not sticking with the dependable Samsung brand.

06 Oct 2024, 09:25That is the same responce I have receiced from the call centre agents. No ETA provided. Poor communication and no sense of urgency. Your technician failed to order the parts on Monday and this is the reason why the repairs has not been done and that is why your responding to be in private. Worse service I've receiced from a supplier

29 Oct 2024, 14:18After reporting that the display of my OLED A8G 55" TV was problematic, I was informed that there were no parts available for its repair. The only option provided was to credit the store from which I purchased the OLED A8G 55". I would then need to buy an alternative TV using this credit.
Since the TV was purchased in December 2022 at a discounted price, I was left with no choice but to downgrade to a less expensive model, as I couldn't afford a similar spec TV and Hisense no longer produces OLED monitors. Hisense’s policy does not permit upgrades, so I ultimately had to settle for a downgraded product.
I ended up purchasing a U7N 55" TV, as that was all I could afford with the provided credit. Unfortunately, it has been a disappointing experience; the differences between the two technologies are stark. I reached out to Hisense again to express my dissatisfaction with the U7N and to share that they had not been able to restore my previous ownership experience with the Hisense A8G 55". I feel very disappointed in the Hisense brand, especially given their inability to supply parts for a TV that is not even two years old.
Hisense responded and advised that the matter is now closed. They referred me to their warranty policy and advised that I could contact the Consumer Goods & Service Ombud if I was not satisfied with the outcome.
