Poor customer service ***

I bought a hisense TV from game,it went blank and I took it to game since it was still on a 4year warranty, its now over a month since they took it to hisense for repairs and hisense configuration that they received it , they assured me a month ago that they a working on it ,God behold they a still working on it a month later, I have called them a number of time and no one knows what is happening, I am sick and tired from calling them because of a hundred excuses that they are giving me, I will never buy anything from hisense if this is the customer service that they are giving to their customers. Hisense if you are reading this message atleast have the decency to tell me that you don't want to give me my property back.
