Poor Customer Service

Unbelievable poor service! The service department do NOT respond to emails! The phone system keeps you hanging on the line while it counts down to your turn and then diverts you to an automated message for you to leave a message! This all after 20-30min waiting in the queue. Further to that, they have never called back!
