Poor

I bought a R15000 Hisense double door fridge in November2019 and end of November2020 one of the door on the freezer side couldn't close properly making the freezer unworking. I went to witbank house and home where I bought it to report it several times but they are not helping me to get the problem sorted. I didn't even have a freezer to put food for Christmas. Even now they don't border help me to repair the freezer because it got a warranty.
