Poor after sales service

I purchased a 28L Hisense airfryer, and i was excited at what the prospects would be with this magic device, only to be disappointing by the poor quality of the product. After just one use we saw the poor quality of the material in the crumb tray when it scorched. I tried calling them, was posted from pillar to post. My problem is that my problem is still not resolved and would rather have paid R200 extra for a competitive product with the same functions.
