Poor after Sales and support service

I have bough a fridge in 2016 , less than 5 Years the compressor inverter board has packed up for ( H700SI-ID) and Hisense is unable to supply this board which I am willing to pay for as the fridge is out of warranty.

Their After sales service is Horrific to say the least … and I have sent countless emails to their spares and complaints department with no response …

I strongly regret my decision of buying Hisense fridge and would not recommend this product
