POOR AFTER SALE SEVICE

I bought a Hisense washing machine dryer at MCH Pretoria. In a few months it started leaking. I asked MCH to book a repair. After a week they told me that they can not get hold of Hisense SA to book a repair. I tried to phone Hisense SA myself with no luck. Holding on for more than a hour. This is unacceptable. Their customer service is HORRIBLE, POOR and not existing. Please do not buy any Hisense products there is no after sale service.
