Hi Hisense

The Mobile Phone U963 - Hisense is a Piece of **** ! I've Recently purchased this phone from Cradle stone Pick and Pay . As a temporary phone while I wait for my new phone to be delivered from Vodacom .

Current phone is broken .

Not aware that the phone is networked locked . The shop clerks at Pick and Pay - Cradle stone also did not notify me . ( Why would you make anything networked Locked in 2021 ???? )

Now I cant make any calls ,thank you - for this during December

Please don't sell piece of **** phones like this . I know it's only R899.00 for the phone but that is alot of money for someone like me . And stuck during covid Isolation .

I think 2021 we all should be allowed to choose our own networks .
