Phone not working properly

I bought a Hisense t5 plus laas year. Ever since I got it, the phone has been showing an error "application" has stopped working. The camera stops working at times where I can take photos or watch movies. I emailed Hisense last week to ask if they can help met with solutions. I haven't heard back. I won't be buying anything related to Hisense again. Now I have to deal with a phone that does not work properly. It's frustrating.
