Phone Memory

My phone memory is full and I cannot save apps to the memory card. I spoke to their technical support and four different employees gave me four different stories as to why it cannot be done. The truth of the matter is that the Hisense model u 939 you cannot store app's to the memory card. They are of no help and was told by one call centre agent that the is nothing they can do. So I am sitting with a phone i cannot use.
