Phone Faulty

I recently bought a Hisense cellphone with a big screen and plenty of storage space, which I really liked at first. However, I am very disappointed because the phone has developed a fault in less than a month.

The volume has suddenly stopped working completely, without any warning or damage to the device. This is very frustrating, especially since the phone is still new.

I expected better quality and durability from this product. I would appreciate assistance with a repair, replacement, or refund as soon as possible.

Overall, the phone has good features, but the early malfunction is a big letdown.
