PEP CELL MAKHADO CROSSING/HISENSE

My 80yr old father decided to buy himself a smart phone for the very first time, early November he used the phone for 8 days, after 8days when he was charging the phone , it didn't charge at all, He took it back to PEP CELL MAKHADO CROSSING and then agents told him that it will need to go for repairs, today it's the 19th January 2023 and the phone is still not back, when he goes there they tell him that there's no refund and they can't give him a new phone, he even offered to buy buy another phone and add the difference, because how can a new phone of 8days goes back to repairs? The service we received from PEP CELLMAKHADO CROSSING was extremely BAD, and the manager refused to even talk to us. NOw, HISENSE SHOULD CONSIDER DISCONTINUING MAKING PHONES AS THEY ARE MAKING NONSENSE.
