pathetic service HI SENSE and HI FI CORP

I purchased 3 large flat screen tvs about 2 years ago , when I went to HI FI Corp with my slip to book in the one TV as it stopped working , I was told I must wait 3 weeks to get a technician to come out and look at the tv. When you buy the tv they happily take your money but never tell you about the pathetic after service . we now have to sit and wait for this HI Sense and HI FI Corp to assist as they are disinterested.....
