Pathetic service from drunkards

My TV came back from repairs to edenvale offices with a smashed screen, it was intact when I took it to them. They gave me a credit note to go to hifi to get another TV, hifi can't take that TV because it's broken, went back to edenvale and they took the TV and said they'll call me. They don't answer phones, the guy is always seating on the couch drunk. Who do we trust at hisense with this pathetic service.. ***
