Pathetic service

I am truly disgusted with the shocking service that I have received from Hisense. I bought a Hisense tv that is faulty. Hisense has tried to repair it twice and after not being able to fix it, they just tell me that no fault was found. After 3 weeks, I still don't have my tv with me and they simply refuse to help me or give me a refund. The worst is that they are so *********** that I cannot even lay a complaint with success. Absolutely **********
