Pathetic Service

I purchased a Smart tv from hisense with a 5 year warranty after 2 years of having the product the pixels on both left and right side were damaged and the aides started having black waves increasing I reported this to hisense in May 2019 after collecting my unit twice and on both occasions the unit was not fixed up until today 29 July I spent numerous calls emails for them to repair the tv but nothing has happened their service sucks and I wish they can collect their unit credit me and I can purchase a stronger brand DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS THEIR SERVICE SUCKS
