Pathetic Service

This must be a government run business. The service is absolutely shocking and with SO many complaints against them they are still somehow in business. We have been trying to get a replacement fridge for a faulty one we received. I have a ticket number and a job number. Technicians have come out to assess. I have held on for over an hour in phone queues only to have my call cut off.

I was planning on buying another appliance from them but not after this.
