Pathetic. Hisense does not honor their Warranty

Pathetic. Had issues with a freezer I bought a year ago from Takealot. Logged a ticked but never received any response from the Manufacturer or Takealot. So basically this Manufacturer does not honor their Warranty clause. Takealot should also be avoided as they too are quick to sell items but will not offer any support or warranty claim on Hisense products.
