Pathetic hisense brand

I definitely would not recommend the Hisense brand, i purchased a washing machine in Nov 2021 and the spin function is not working, i have been calling the Hisense call center and the service is pathetic. The phone system keeps you hanging on the line while it counts down to your turn and then diverts you to an automated message for you to leave a message! This all after 20-30min waiting in the queue. Terribly poor service! Furthermore the service department do NOT respond to emails!

I've also purchased a Hisense dishwasher which is also still under warranty and the dishwasher baskets have started rusting. It's pathetic that a product meant to use water is rusting. I've contacted Hisense and they cannot replace the baskets as that's only under warranty for 6 months, they also conveniently out of stock for me to purchase the baskets. Complete *******. This is a terrible brand and their customer service is pathetic.
