Pathetic Hisense

Since last Thursday (30th), i have been going back and forth trying to contact the relevant people regarding a TV I'm wanting to purchase. I have called customer service, head office and even the sales team but no one has yet come back to me. I have even mailed *** 2 days ago and am yet to receive any correspondence what so ever. The customer service is pathetic and if this is happening before i purchase the TV, i can imagine what happens after!
