Pathetic customer support and service

Pathetic customer service.

My TV came back from the repair center with a new issue, I contact them 2 days later to report this, they asked me to arrange a collection which I said they could come the next day as I have boxed the TV making it available for them.

It has now been almost 2 weeks and I still havent heard anything. Call them, no answer. Email then, no answer...

Email complaints... no answer.

Pathetic customer service really.
