Pathetic Customer Support

My television set under warranty stopped functioning. I called and a technician was sent to my place. As he could not fix it, this was collected an sent to your service center. The tv set was collected on the 5 March 2021 and to date I have not received a single update on the progress of my repair.

I have contacted both your service center and technical support to follow up on my repair a total of 5 times. My calls are either dropped, placed on hold or I am told that I will be called back. To date I have still received no feedback. Your customer support is truly pathetic for a global company.
