Pathetic Customer Service,

Let me share my experience with Hisense.

I bought a fridge from Makro Fridge did not work. I logged a ticket with Hisense which the technician came investigated the fridge and found that the fridge was faulty and cannot be fixed.

He informed me that the fridge needs to be replaced by Makro.

After 2 weeks still no fridge I made endless calls to find out from Hisense what the delays were every time I speak to someone I get a different story.

Hisense Customer Care is pathetic looks like the staff do not care about the ppl that bought their products very unhelpful.

I am still without a fridge.
