Pathetic customer service

The worst customer service ever! They are pathetic. Just do not care. In the space of half an hour I was put through to 7 people all of which didn't know what to do, the put the call down on me, finished my airtime, had me waiting for forever, asked to speak to the manager and the line just rang.Unprofessional. The last lady I dealt with was Fifi, absolutely rude. How can you work in customer service when you have zero customer skills.
