Pathetic consultant service

I bought a Hisense smart TV 2021. It started giving problems 2 weeks back when you switch it on the picture is not showing. I submitted a claim to my insurance and when the assessor came and plugged it the picture was showing. After 1 day it was not working again but my insurance rejected the claim because the TV was working when the assessor came. I decided to take it to Game Zevenwacht on Saturday as I bought it from them. I explained to customer service that it is out of warranty and I need help and guidance about getting it fixed. Customer service sent me to TV department where Vanessa checked the TV for me and sent me to customer service to book it in for backlight issue. Customer service lady came back with Hisense consultant by the name Nobuntu and she told me that the TV is our of warranty they can't book it in and I asked what should I do and she said I must buy a new TV. She was very rude and not even willing to listen to me. Vanessa has to come and she explained that I have to take the TV to Hirch's appliance in Milnerton as they fix Hisense appliances. I am so disappointed as I thought Hisense is a good brand and for the lady to tell me to buy a new TV which I will also have to replace after 3 years. I had to take the TV to local technicians and it has been fixed and it is working. Are Hisense TV's designed to work within warranty period and after that period we have to buy new one? How do I go about buying another Hisense TV knowing it will have a problem after warranty period and Hisense won't be able to assist me?
