Pathetic and poor customer service from Hisense

I bought a 10kg Hisense washing machine of October 2020 at Makro and this thing stopped working on the 22 of December. After struggling for 2 days to get a hold of someone to assist from Hisense via Makro channels, a Service request was eventually logged on the 24 December. I've done countless follow ups to no avail and in the process I was also told that staff is on holiday, imagine! As if washing machines don't break on holidays. Since 22 December 2020, I've been stuck with a washing machine that's not working, it's ridiculous. Hisense, your customer service is ****, I my money back!
