Pathetic after sales service

Pathetic service from HIsense call centre - faulty washine machine. Called the call centre on numerous occasion. the issue was not resolved. 4 technichians were called out, to no avail. totally *********** service. Eventually the shocks were replaced and this was another problem, as the water was leaking out of the machine. I shall never ever purchase a Hisense product ever again
