Pathetic after sales service

Most pathetic after sales service. Sent TV to be repaired under warranty 10 days ago. Nobody can tell me where the TV is or when I will get it back. Very rude unhelpful call centre personnel . Refuse to let me speak to a manager Do not know if I will ever get TV back!
