Pathetic after sales service and repairs

My fridge has been defective for over a month. This is now the third technician to attend to the repair and my fridge is just standing there waiting for you to decide when you feel like fixing it. Your after sales service is pathetic and your managers are sitting on their backsides doing nothing about this. I have been calling you guys everyday and nothing is happening.
