Pathetic after sales and repair service

I sent my TV in for repairs with Hisense South Africa. It is now three weeks later and i get a TV which is not mine delivered to my house. When i call head office and the call center i get pushed from pillar to post. They cannot find my TV so they send an old TV to my house which they think i must accept. They called me yesterday asking if they can come and collect the wrong TV at my house but there is no news on my TV. This is the most pathetic, unfriendly and *********** people i have ever dealt with. HISENSE you suck as a company and i will never advise anyone to purchase your products.
