Party Speaker System Model HP120 NOT according to Specs.

On the 29th January 2022 I purchased a Hisense Party Speaker System Model HP120, from Makro in Strubens Valley. Serial No. 5PDP NNN01 ZA001 DFA 160 216 The above product DO NOT conform to the specs obtained from your local South African website. My purchased unit is NOT fitted with a Remote Control. The SPEC clearly states that the above model is supp**** with a Remote Control. According to Makro they receive the goods from HIsenese. The can not rip open every box to check if the contents are according to specs. On the 31st January I lodged a complaint to Hisense service department which they acknowledge with ticket reference number is 430058. The query was referred to their technical department and confirmed by e-mail from a Boitumelo Ramaboea from their Quality and Service Department . To date I have sent 2 e-mails to the above person to ask what is going on. NO reply received. My advice to consumers buying any Hisense product is to rip the box open and make sure the contents are according to specs given on the product as advertised on the Hisense website. NOT happy at all!!!! Philip.
