Paid Hisense for a remote but cannot deliver

Hisense is horrible. I paid for a remote control on 23/05/2020 to be delivered at home. Till today it has not been delivered. they do not reply emails and their number is not working. I want my refund and no one is responding. I bought my TV 3 years ago with a broken. think again before you by from Hisense.
