Ordered 2 dishwashers that DID NOT WORK!!!! Error code F54…

Ordered a dishwasher (H13DSS) from takealot, plugged it in connected everything, started the dishwasher to run it through and not even 5 min it displayed an error F54 (which needs a technician to come out) called Hisense they sent a technician and he said nothing can be done about it, it’s a factory error and we need to send it back. Great. Got a new dishwasher (same one) thinking that first one may have been a factory error… lol plugged everything in same as the first… boom! Error F54… what now??? Do I need to purchase a 3rd one? Come on this is terrible! I will NEVER order anything from Hisense again.
