On Friday last week I reported damage to my washing machine - had excellend service from the call center agent who said that he would open a case for me at the repair center and that they send me a quotation, bla, bla, bla. Today I tried to follow up via the self service WA line; the bot came back with the responce that the service request number I provided does not exist. Phone the call center again and new agent confirmed the case exist and that repair center will be in contact....guess what?? Nothing, nada, not even a "sorry we are busy we will get to you soon", zero. Good on you!
