Not worth to spend money on!

I kept quiet now for a while, but after this morning,....I've had it!!! I thought, that after buying a Hisense Smart tv, 55', 3D, I thought, ok, let me buy their cell phones....not one, but 2! What a bad idea!! I've got the 2x, HS-u961's, for a couple of months. They are not reliable at all. My wife switch her cell off last nigh on 93%, this morning, its 0%. We overslept 3x this month, the alarm works when I feels like it..both off them. Every day or 3, you've have to take the battery out to start up. Once you switch of, it don't come on. Endless drama, you don't feel comfortable with these phones. The supplier tried to reset my software, but also admit this is a bad product. The phone looks good, but the software are not up to it!!!!...SORRY!!!
