Not getting any reply from Hisense

Requested information on where I can purchase a new phone battery for my Hisense phone that is damaged but only 11 months old, not getting any reply via the website or emails. I was simply asking to be directed to Hisense suppliers as I'm not comfortable with using an off-brand item... How difficult is it to just send me the details. This is insane. Very bad customer service. Regret buying a Hisense phone
