NOT EVEN A WEEK OLD AND NOT WORKING

<p>I bought me a brand new Hisense phone 2 weeks ago now the phone isnt charging. The sales lady is telling me the just past the 3 days over the 7 days return back policy. What **** is that SERIOUSLY no one had a problem when PAID FOR THE PHONE BUT NOW THAT IT DOESNT WORK THEY want to tell me they must send it for repairs. WHats the chances that its going to give me the same problems in the near future... Then also I had to phone them for a update!!! NO ONE CAME BACK TO ME.</p> <p> </p> <p>I WANT ANSWERS AND A NEW PHONE !!!!!!!!!!!!+</p> <p> </p> <p>The service at the store was just as terrible...</p>
